Pharma Now is a specialized B2B pharmaceutical marketplace facilitating seamless transactions between medical suppliers, distributors, and pharmacy retailers. I built the entire backend infrastructure from scratch on Laravel, focusing on ACID-compliant transaction safety, complex price breakdown algorithms, tax compliance, and high-performance search queries across thousands of medical SKUs.
