Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya (CSMVS Museum) is one of India's premier cultural institutions. As part of BMC's digital initiative, I developed an online reservation platform and automated on-site ticketing kiosks. The system streamlines ticket sales, specialized gallery access passes, audio headset rentals, and automated queue management for domestic and international tourists.
